Dorper

Dorpers (with black head) and White Dorpers (with white head) are being raised from coast to coast and from Mexico to Canada. The climatic conditions vary from desert, to well watered prairies, to the Rocky Mountains. Their hardiness has been proven to exceed that of common wool breeds and Dorper sheep are consequently becoming increasingly popular.
Frost-King Dorpers

We are located in beautiful SW Washington state just South of Mt. St. Helens in Amboy, WA. (20-25 miles North of Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR.) We have been raising sheep since 1996 and Dorpers since 2003. Our goal is to raise quality breeding stock. The Frost-King Dorper flock has been officially typed by South African inspectors. These are "stud-quality" Dorpers.
